Bulk Herbs:
We buy most of our bulk herbs from Frontier Herbs in Norway, Iowa. The Harvest Moon carries over 200 herbs, spices, teas, and spice blends, a great number of which are organic.

Bulk Flours:
The Harvest Moon buys most of our bulk flours from KDL foods, out of Winston-Salem, NC. We carry only their organic products, ranging from unbleached white to pastry flour, spelt flour and whole wheat flours.

Bulk Beans:
Most of our bulk beans come from United Natural Foods, Keene, New Hampshire. We carry a large selection including adzukis, red kidneys, black turtle beans, cannellinis, chickpeas, fava beans, green, red and French lentils, mung beans, navys, split peas, great northerns, pintos and soy beans.

Bulk Honey and Maple Syrup:
We are fortunate to have several choices for bulk honey, all local. We get honey from Locust Grove Farm, in Check, VA, Indian Run Apiary, from Hardy, VA, and from Gunter’s Honey, Berryville, VA. Our maple syrup comes to us from Bascom Family Farm, out of Alstead, New Hampshire.

Bulk Oil:
A newer item for the Harvest Moon, we carry Ariston Olive Oil and Ariston Balsalmic Vinegar both in bulk. You can bring your own container, or purchase one of ours in which to carry your oil or vinegar. Both are priced per pound.

Bulk Granola:
We have many granola selections. Our favorite company for organic granola is Bountiful Berry/Grandy Oats. We also carry some granola selections from United Natural Foods, from Keene, New Hampshire. We also carry several types of rolled oats.

Bulk Coffee:
We at the Harvest Moon are proud to carry some of the finest bulk coffees available! We have several roasts and blends from Honduras Coffee Company, (Stuart, VA),
Equal Exchange Fair Trade Coffee (W. Bridgewater, MA),
James Cannell Organic Coffees (W. Wareham, MA), and
Star City Coffee (Roanoke, VA)
We know these are ALL good, because we sample from them often ourselves!

Bulk Grains:
Most of our bulk grains come from United Natural Foods, from Keene, NH. We carry quite the variety! Rices, (Jade Pearl, Wild Rice, Wild Rice Blend, white Sushi Rice, white Basmati, brown Basmati, long grain brown, short grain brown, white Jasmine), barley, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat kasha, bulghar wheat, millet, couscous, wheat berries, rye berries, and flaxseeds. We also carry bean and soup blends from North Bay Trading Company.
